My scenic route to massage therapy...
I injured my back when I was a teenager and spent years trying to find the right kind of treatment to relieve the pain and keep me active. When I discovered sports massage, it was a game changer and my interest in massage therapy was born. I'm now 46 and, thanks to regular massage and rehabilitation exercise, my back is stronger than it was when I was 26.

My background’s in law and I’ve spent half a lifetime doing boring, unfulfilling work, whilst keeping my interest in massage alive treating family and friends on the side. Finally, I decided it was time for a change - I plucked up the courage to take a leap of faith, change career and study for my sports massage diploma.
I firmly believe that the key to successful treatment is effective communication. Each client is unique, as is the pain and discomfort they are experiencing. I communicate with my clients throughout the treatment process, to ensure I'm hitting the right spots and achieving the best results. My aim isn't to make you reliant on my services - if that were to happen, I wouldn't be doing my job properly. Whether you're 25 or 85, my aim is to make you stronger, so you can enjoy a life with less pain and better movement.
I’ve experienced the benefits of deep tissue massage for many years, and it’s my mission to bring those same benefits to you – in the comfort of your own home.
